FIREKING SHIPPING OPTIONS DESCRIPTION

Dock or Forklift Delivery
Fireking fireproof cabinets ship from Indiana via common carrier on large tractor-trailers. The back of a tractor-trailer is 49" above the ground. Dock or Forklift Shipping is for those clients setup to receive the package on a pallet directly from the tailgate of the truck.

Liftgate or Curbside Delivery
Liftgate or Curbside Delivery is for those clients setup to receive the package once it is lowered from the back of the truck to the street.

Lobby or Inside First Door Delivery
Lobby Delivery is for those clients needing their Fireking cabinet brought just inside the first exterior door. This delivery method assumes only one delivery person and that a dolly will be able to complete delivery which is why zero steps are included. No unpacking is included.

White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery is the choice for anyone lacking a maintenance or operations team. As the name suggests, we do everything: Deliver, Install and Remove all Trash. The price includes shipping from the Fireking factory in Indiana to a local installer who will call to schedule a convenient time for delivery/install. This delivery method is turnkey and is the go-to for most clients, but it does add about 14 days to the overall lead time as there is some reasonable buffer built-in for the local installer to receive and inspect the cabinet and call to schedule the appointment.

Miscellaneous Additional Delivery Fees:

Residential Surcharge
Delivery to residences costs an additional $50.00 per order at checkout.

Stair Carry
Up to 3 vertical stairs from the street level are included with White Glove Delivery. For more than 3 stairs, please request a quote above and we will follow-up to obtain dimensions and photos of the stairs. (Be careful with others who fail to obtain quotes as unexpected charges can occur once a crew is onsite--we work hard to scope the installation accurately from the start.)

White Glove Installation for Caster Base (Wheels)
For White Glove delivery only, the caster base requires a special quote for the casters as the installation is difficult to perform onsite. Please place your order and we will follow up with a quote for the caster base installation.
